Your gooey cinnamon-y goodness cannot be compared to any other baked treat. A triumphant combination of soft dough and creamy icing, you are a true delight for the taste buds!
There really is nothing like a fresh, hot Cinnabon roll. The first bite that makes you practically shudder with joy is nothing short of euphoric.
The problem is that they are not as readily available as we all might like. So when you travel somewhere that has a Cinnabon store, you may be tempted to purchase a box or two (or five!) to bring home with you.
While there is nothing wrong with that, you may be wondering how you can revive your rolls to their original magnificence once you are ready to devour them. Good news! It isn’t as difficult as you might think.
In fact, with the Cinnabon online store now shipping anywhere in the U.S., you may start ordering this iconic delicacy and keeping them on hand for whenever the craving strikes! But first you have to store them properly and must know the best ways on how to reheat Cinnabon.
When it comes to storing your Cinnabon, the recommendation is to keep them in an airtight container for up to two days after purchase. That’s great if you plan to eat all of them (no judgement here) in two days.
Do keep in mind that, per the fine folks at Cinnabon, our favorite little rolls are not fans of the refrigerator so don’t punish them by storing them there!
However, if your plan is to freeze them and eat them over time, they will keep for 30 days. Here are the best ways to recreate the magic that is a fresh-from-the-mall Cinnabon roll.
The first and quickest way to resuscitate your Cinnabon is in your microwave. The only caveat to this method is that you MUST defrost your rolls first if they are frozen. This may require a little planning ahead, so as soon as you feel the urge to indulge, go get them out of the freezer.
Once they are thawed, just place your roll(s) on a microwave-safe plate and give them a 30-40 second warmup on high (for the Classic roll). If you are warming more than one (again, no judgement) Classic roll, add ten seconds for each additional roll.
Perhaps MiniBons are more your speed. No problem. Warm the little guys for 15-20 seconds on high, adding four seconds for each extra roll. BonBites only require 10-15 seconds on high.
Another way to revive your Cinnabon is in your oven. Albeit not as swift a method as the microwave, it is a great way to heat multiple rolls at once.
Simply preheat your oven to 350°F and place your room-temperature rolls on a baking sheet. Cover them with foil and warm the Classic rolls for approximately 15-20 minutes.
