Reheat Eggrolls in the Oven

Follow these steps to reheat the eggrolls in the oven:

  1. Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Use aluminum foil to line a baking sheet.
  3. Use a cooking spray to spray the bottom of the baking sheet to prevent eggrolls from sticking to the aluminum foil.
  4. Place the eggrolls on the baking sheet.
  5. Put the baking sheet into the oven, rotating the eggrolls about halfway to make the sides crispy.
  6. Check the eggrolls after 5 minutes. If they’re crispy, remove them. If they are not crispy, reheat them for an additional 2 to 5 minutes.

Reheat the Eggrolls in the Microwave

Follow these steps to reheat the eggrolls in the microwave:

  1. On a microwave-safe dish, place the trivet. You can also use a microwaveable bowl if you want.
  2. Put the eggrolls on the trivet.
  3. Reheat the eggrolls on high for around 30 seconds. If you’ve taken the eggrolls out of the fridge, it’ll take more time for them to reheat.
  4. Turn the eggrolls to the side and microwave for an additional 15 to 30 seconds on high.
  5. Take the eggrolls out of the microwave after they’ve become crispy and slice them to check if the filling is hot and then serve.

Reheat Eggrolls on the Stove

Follow these steps to reheat eggrolls on the stove:

  1. Either spray the pan with cooking spray or add a little olive oil to it.
  2. Put the eggrolls into the pan to heat them and the flip to heat the second side.
  3. Once the eggrolls are warmed, remove them and place them paper towels.  The paper towels will absorb excess oil.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

If you’re using the microwave method to reheat the eggrolls, know that you’re in for a challenge. Reheating them in the microwave can cause the eggrolls to lose their crispiness. They become soggy, so choose the microwave method when you’re short on time.

This will keep the spring rolls fresh when it’s time for you to reheat them. When reheating them, lower the heat setting and reduce the cooking time.
