4 Ways to Reheat Chick-fil-A Nuggets

Here are four different ways to return the soggy nuggets to their original crunchy goodness once again:

1. Use an Oven

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place a wire rack on a baking sheet. Arrange leftover nuggets in a single layer on it and cook for about 10 minutes.

If you have a food thermometer, you can check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should be 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Make Use of Your Toaster Oven

Arrange leftover nuggets in a single layer on a wire rack placed in a baking sheet. Heat them for 2 minutes in your toaster oven on broil setting. Turn them over and cook for another 2 minutes. Viola! Enjoy your as good as fresh Chick-fil-A nuggets!

3. Use an Air Fryer

Add your Chick-fil-A nuggets in an air fryer set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure not to overcrowd them. Your nuggets will be warm and crispy, once again, in about three minutes.

4. Refry Them

Leftover nuggets can be refried either in a deep fryer or in a skillet on the stovetop.

To reheat in a deep fryer, heat the oil on 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Since Chick-fil-A nuggets are originally fried in peanut oil, it’s ideal to use that only. But, you can also use vegetable or canola oil, if you don’t have peanut oil. Working in small batches, fry the leftover nuggets in hot oil for about two minutes. Remove from the fryer using a strainer spoon and place them on a paper towel.

For refrying on a stovetop, add about an inch of oil in a skillet. Heat it on medium heat and then fry the nuggets for a couple of minutes on each side. Drain on a wire rack or place it on a paper towel.
